They made the lobby area smaller and it is very modernized and gray. It is not the welcoming family friendly environment that it once was. I wouldnt be doing this review any justice if I didn't tell the absolute reason why this location gets a low rating though. I have on several occasions received food with hair in it, I am not sure if employees dont wear proper hair restraints or not since there set up no longer allows you view of the majority of the kitchen but it is absolutely gross and although they have corrected the issue and remade the food, the issue should NEVER have existed in the 1st place. The hair has happened at least 4 notable times. Wrong food has been part of my order several times, again corrected with little to no question but it simply shouldn't happen. Last but not least the front counter no longer has a menu board which makes it extremely difficult to order if you dont want to use a kiosk and the employees do not typically monitor the front counter so if you do want to order there I suggest flagging an employee down and not just waiting in line.
