Placed delivery order online. Over an hour goes by and food still not delivered. Called store and they said we don't have any drivers here but maybe someone can bring it to you in an hour. I would expect them to disclose this when order was placed or not accept delivery orders if they don't have drivers on staff. Ill be going to jersey mikes from now on instead.

Horrible drive through service. There wasn’t one customer in the store and it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich. So much for freaky fast.

Not freaky fast, but freaky slow. This location needs to work on their customer service. Four people working in the back and nobody looks like they want to be there. I’ll avoid this location.

I think they used the day old bread on accident. Kind of disappointing introduction to toasted sandwiches at Jimmy John's. Also, the non-toasted version was rock hard bread.
