  If I could leave no review, I would horrible. The food is terrible comes cold and not how it’s supposed to be. Found hair in it pretty much every time I ordered it They always come two hours later Now with the last time The driver named Lonse was delivering my food I put in the notes to hand me my food so what did she do? She set my food on the floor and then on top of that she’s pulling out And I hear a big boom she ended up hitting my trashcan and as I’m coming outside, she’s taking off in a hurry very weird and strange I Will not be ordering there ever again food comes out extremely skimpy not exactly how it’s described Just horrible if I can leave zero stars, I will

  Ordering pizza anytime after 5pm and they say delivery time is 2 hours. Ask about picking up in store and they say it would still take 1 hour and 45...... so much for Fast food. Pizzas are OK.....never expect much from a dominoes......but man does it take forever to get a pizza!

  Waconia location had really gone down hill, we've switched to Chaska. We do pick-up orders as no location will deliver to our home, sometimes we have it delivered to the post office (we live 1.5 miles from there, but they won't cross 212, yet would deliver to our old Chaska address on Co. Rd. 10, out in the country, so now just meet them in the parking lot at post office if we do delivery, which is rare. Our orders are inaccurate on numerous occasions & sometimes the pizzas are undercooked, its disappointing. The Staff are not friendly, nor is the manager willing to fix a problem or make it right. They've never answered the phone when we've called, which is extremely frustrating, especially when they weren't busy. If I had to make a recommendation, I'd say choose pick-up at the Chaska location.

  What a joke. Placed an order on the app for 2 pizzas. App said 40-50 min for pick up. Arrived after 40 or 45 min. Order was not ready. Waited for about 10 minutes and asked the counter for an update. They said “oh your pizzas are next out of the oven.” After watching 6 pizzas come out that were not mine and an additional 10 minutes had passed asked again for an update. The employee said “sorry about that your pizzas are next to come out.” Again I counted another 6 or 7 pizzas come and go that were not mine. At this point I was 30 minutes past the original pick up time. Went back to the counter asked for an update. Again told the same thing “your pizza is next to come out.” This time it was the truth. However it was only one. The other had been sitting on the pick up rack and was stone cold. No sorry and or acknowledgement a mistake was made. All in this took 40-50 minutes past the original pick up time. I reached out to cooperate on this. I was told “the owner is now aware of the issue and will be in touch.” Not gonna hold my breath on getting a resolution to my poor experience. I strongly recommend staying clear of this location. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

  every time i order from here they always seem to mess up my order and forget something etc. such bad service.
