    Picked up my pizza to go. Had to drive 30 min to home. Looked forward to pizza. We started eating pizza and the pepperoni tasted off, like old or sour. Not good quality. Spoke with a woman manager and she said we can bring back for a replacement but I didn't get a chance to tell her we live 30 min away. I told her I would freeze and bring it back when we get back to town. She said u can't do that! You can't get a free pizza because it tastes weird. I had one bite of the pepperoni and couldn't eat it. My husband had one piece! I asked him if it tasted alright to him and he said no. Then she hung up on me! Poor customer service. I wish I had charged it to a card because I would dispute it. I Paid cash. I'm praying we don't sick! We won't be back! #715

    Ordered take out. When got back to the hotel, opened the box, IT WAS THE WRONG PIZZA! Called and talked to the manager, she was way too stressed out by the issue. I needed to bring the pizza back to show her the pizza, so she could use it as a training moment. I am a customer. It appears that she deals with too many mistakes & maybe people trying to get a free pizza. So sorry that we had to settle with what we got, not what we ordered. 👎
