  If you use the drive thru don't expect to get what you ordered and if when ordering you can't move forward immediately expect it to take 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. Also if perchance you go in to complain about getting something other than what you ordered don't expect an apology. Disgusting service, not worth it.

  Walked in with 7 people, ordered first, never got my food. Horrible. I will never be back.

  We went through the drive through. My daughter got a double beef and cheddar and I got a double beef meal with crinkle fries and a diet coke. The sandwiches were fine but the fries were absolutely disgusting! They tasted old and like they had been put back down to cook after getting stale. YUK, what a disappointment!

  I just went through the drive through getting my food quicker than other places. When I got my order The sandwiches were rapped up nicely but were shashed and not as warm as I like. The fries were warm not real fresh. Overall the food wasn't bad. But I think it was over priced. I'll go back again sometime. There are several fast food places near my area. So I'll continue my rotation. Lol 😉

  Door dash order. Over half items missing. What we got instead of a roast beef was a cheeseburger. Only one item was correct or not missing. Opened the cheeseburger, my boyfriend took a bite, as his roast beef was missing. He spit it out. You can get a better cheeseburger at a gas station. Hard as a rock, messy, tomatoes pale, top bun literally stuck to the burger with some sort of cheese sauce? This sandwich doesn't even smell like a cheeseburger. I wouldn't give this to my dog! Absolutely disgusted. Top that off with half the other items missing. Not happy with this Arby's.
