My order was ready 20 minutes after the designated pick-up time (35-minute total wait time). Even more disappointing, the portion sizes were half what they used to be and none of the "extra" ingredient selections were followed.

Then the site let me select a 5:20 pickup time, but after I placed and paid, it changed the order to 5:30. If 5:20 was not really available, it should not have been offered.
