- ANallie nelsonFeb 14, 20261.0It pains me to say we had an awful experience today. We waited forever to be waited on, grabbed our own menus. When waitress finally came we were ready to order food and drinks. Our drinks never came out, after 15 minutes we had to go ask for them. About an hour after we ordered our food, the waitress came to our table for the first time since taking our order to tell us that our food just entered the ovens. There was only one other table dining in. But three other tables left after not being waited back on after being given menus. After finally getting our food, the breadsticks were over done, pizza was under cooked. We were served our pizza without plates and spatulas to serve the pizza. We had to request those and condiments. Just overall very disappointed as Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza in town. I don’t know that I will be back :(
