  The band was really good however your sound man sucks. You could hear the drums. That’s it. Vocals were nonexistent. I’ve seen many shows here, The sound always is bad. You need a new sound man.

  The Freight House was incredible—perfect spot for live music, drinks, and dinner anytime. Caught the Boston tribute band “Looking Back” and they killed it. Acoustics were spot-on, especially in that brick-walled, open-air, two-story dining room. Whoever tuned the speakers nailed it. Total recommendation!

  Band & Dinner can't go wrong. Fun night and food was good. Was just me so is a little pricey but not by a ton if your looking for something different. Drove an hour with a friend just to get out of a rut with same old, same old.

  We went for lunch. The Miso Ginger Salmon rice bowl is fantastic, loved the mix of flavors and healthy ingredients, and it was big enough to feed 3 people. The Short Rib Pot Roast had meat so tender it was like butter and the root vegetables were bathing in the savory gravy. Everyone at the table loved it. The Breakfast Bowl had to sub chicken, but it was mostly gone by the end of lunch. All of the dark wood gives the interior a very warm atmosphere, which was great, given it was cold and windy outside. Would recommend.

  So my girlfriend & I went to The Freight House for dinner and the Crown Jewels show, a Queen tribute band, on 2-22-26. The food was decent, good service and the show was fun. BUT.... Last week I got a parking ticket in the mail for $70.77, for parking in the lot that sure looked like the parking lot of The Freight House. Neither I nor my girlfriend saw anything about paying for parking... it was dark, there were lots of cars coming & going, and there was snow on the ground. The ticket said that "the required fee was not paid before departing." There was no arm stopping me from leaving, and again, we didn't see anything saying to pay. I called The Freight House to ask what was going on and was told that there was nothing they could do and that they've heard that from other people every since they sold the lot to some company to charge for parking. They said that I could call them and try to get it reduced. Seems like a pretty good racket... I say they need to install a ticket giver at the entrance and a gate-arm pay kiosk at the exit to make things crystal clear. That's the reason for 2-stars... doubtful that we will be going back.
