  There was three people on shift, meaning one person was being trained in. We waited an unreasonably long time for three small drinks. I used my perks, asked to use my 30% employee discount, the man responsed with it being applied. At the window, it was not applied and we hadn't realized until after we had payed. Sat, waited, and waited more. My matcha came out, white as a ghost. More like oat milk with the smallest amount of green dye. Eventually, my two other drinks came out. They were great! I dont mean to be mean, only honest. I know its difficult being a trainee - along with the trainer. I was there once! But its frustrating when you pay 17$ for three small drinks, and need to wait 6+ minutes for them- and one of which tastes bad.

  I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Dark Chocolate espresso shaker. I asked the person taking my order if they could change the dark chocolate to 1/2 white chocolate and 1/2 milk chocolate. I asked if they could make sure that I get what I ordered, and he assured me that I would get the drink that I ordered. I've been burned at this location before. I was told don't worry thayve got it. Needless to say I didn't get what I ordered at all. I'm very disappointed and probibly won't use this location again.
