    Food was good. When I was picking it up some woman was inside yelling at the employees and other customers. The employee still handed me my food while ignoring the woman who was trying to yell at them and me at that point saying the food was cold. Happy to say mine was not :) Saw her yelling to the police about it as I was leaving the parking lot. Just hope customers aren't always like this so I can return.

    This establishment is shockingly unprofessional, and frankly, it’s a mystery how they’re still in business. I placed an order and arrived one minute after the pickup time, only to find my food sitting out on a table, completely unattended and already going cold. They don’t even have food warmers at a take-out restaurant. Completely unacceptable. By the time I got home, the food was cold, unappetizing, and looked outright embarrassing for any business to serve. I returned to complain, and instead of offering a refund or even basic customer service, they simply took the food back and left me $30 short with nothing to show for it. The two employees working (both with purple hair) were unnecessarily rude, and the manager was equally useless, standing by and allowing the behavior without a single attempt to address it. I will not be returning. This place is a joke, and the management clearly has no interest in running a competent or respectable business.

    I ordered online for pickup the other day. When I got to the store I first noticed my order was sitting out on a shelf getting cold. Why as a to go location would you not have a heat lamp or anything to keep our orders warm? When I got in the car I confirmed the food was cold. I picked it up at 2:22PM when it was set for pickup between 220pm-230pm. I thought I might be able to resurrect the food at home, but unfortunately it was terrible and I lost my appetite instantly. I called the store to see if they’d be able to offer a refund because I would not be eating any of it. The employee immediately said no and that she can only offer a refund if I drive all the way back with my food. Eventually I said fine, but that’s not right to make me spend my time and gas to fix your mistake. I drove back and got there around 240pm. The same employee who told me I had to drive the food back to receive a refund said that she could only offer me a partial refund because “part of the order was eaten”. This was crazy because there was only 1 mozzarella stick missing due to the fact that I cut it in a bunch of small pieces for my 2.5 year old toddler. The employee took all of my food and then continued saying she can’t give me a refund(while on the phone with her manager). Then she hid in the back with the other employees and never came back even after I said a partial refund was fine at that point. I was there for 30 minutes waiting and nothing. That is theft. They took all of the food back and still charged me!!! The employee had purple hair and refused to give me her name. She is very unprofessional and is currently having family members create fake positive reviews in favor of herself.

    This place is unreal. Trashy. The staff is rude and stunted. Including the manager. Food left out to go cold, not even put under a heat lamp. Took one bite of the food and said screw this. Called them and they said to bring it back for a refund. Went back to return the food for the refund and they denied a refund because one bite was taken. They spoke to the manager over the phone and even the manager doubled down, to not provide a refund. They didn’t even offer new food. THEY TOOK THE FOOD AND STILL DID NOT OFFER ANYTHING. They were laughing in the back and ignoring customers. It was unreal. The way those people were acting was beyond anything I’ve seen before. This place is new and is already so far downhill.

    Food is OK for wings. However, the service is horrendous. Ordered off of the app on three separate occasions because it’s such a great deal. Every single time I’ve gone, the order has been messed up.. The bag will have my name on it however, the contents will be incorrect and have someone else’s name and order inside the bag. Went up tonight (11-7-25)and saw a kid at the counter pull something out of a bag and hand it to a customer. The customer left, I told the kid at the counter my name and he handed me the bag that he just pulled something out of. Make sure you look in your bag before you leave. Please hire people who can read. I only continue to go here because the deals on the app are good.
