- MKMegha KaushikMar 1, 20261.0I went in to get 2 bagels and it took 30 minutes…apparently, they couldn’t find the avocado… not ONE adult was working there. The kids were just standing around, goofing around. When I finally got my order, it had bacon - which I had asked to have removed - and wasn’t even toasted. Best of all, there was a hair in the bagel…. Would HIGHLY recommend going to another location if you want a good bagel with good service. Terrible experience.

- JJJakeFeb 5, 20265.0To be honest I didn't know there were many other brueggers until recently and I have to say this one is the best. The people there are fun to chat with and the food is good. It all makes for a nice environment when I need a place to work and escape the house. All that being said I highly recommend this place if you like bagels and fun people.

Unfortunately, my sausage, egg & cheese order is often incorrect—most recently it was made with bacon instead, even though the ticket on the bag was correct. I completely understand human error and busy mornings, but this has happened enough times that it’s become frustrating. Hoping this is something that can be improved because I genuinely enjoy the food when it’s made correctly.
