    Never posted before. Worst experience ever. Waited 20 minutes for an incorrect order. A little busy in store, but not slammed. Every table was dirty. No napkins. Overflowing trash bin. Multiple items out of stock. Staff was off put by my ask to know what bagels were in stock. Not coming back.

    I came in to get a Leonardo Di Veggie and a Plain Bagel with cream cheese on the side. There was one order in front of me and it took me 15 minutes to get my bagels. Once I got it there were huge chunks of improperly cut veggies and they forgot my cream cheese. As a customer service worker myself, I understand it is difficult to fulfill orders when it is busy but it was not busy AND I was sad that I paid $9 for raw veggies.

    Genuinely no words. We LOVE the way the bagels taste, and this one of our top spots. However this is genuinely disgusting. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 cin/sug bagel. Not sure who would ever think this is okay to serve - it doesn’t show well, but it’s literally GREEN. Every time we order online they somehow mess up our order but it’s typically the wrong bagel type or forgetting a bagel. I would rather have them forget the bagel than give us this🤢 They replaced it and gave us another for free which is respectable, and we appreciate. But the employees need some training on what is okay to serve and what is not - because this never should have been given out.
