I don't mind personally but how can I order something for a friend when they mess up the order like that? Especially when I'm already dropping so much money just to not have it made properly. Normally I wouldn't comment and rate and stuff but it happens everytime I request no ketchup and I think I'm just done going to that location. Also it was in the drive through so we didn't catch it til we got home, otherwise I probably wouldn't be so peeved about it.
