  Cassandra was extremely rude and short with my family today when we were ordering , for no apparent reason . She wasn’t bizzy and we were not rude or difficult it was just me and my kids trying to get lunch ! I’m extremely disappointed

  “My visit to Subway was really disappointing. The service was poor—staff didn’t pay attention, and the prices weren’t worth it. I tried to contact a manager through the app to resolve it, but I never heard back. Overall, a really bad experience.” I would recommend staying far away from this place as there are better options in immediate area. I’m actually very surprised they’re able to stay in business but the reality is that location has a huge advantage being right on Highway 169 (South Minnesota Ave). It captures a ton of "drive-through" traffic from people passing through town who don't know the local reputation and just want a quick sub. Because it's owned by a private franchisee, they have a lot of leeway as long as they pay their royalties to Subway’s parent company (Roark Capital) and pass very basic health inspections with low overhead meaning Subway has one of the lowest "entry costs" for owners. If the owner is keeping staff levels at a bare minimum (low pay) to save money, this location can technically remain profitable even with so many unhappy customers. With that said why not “hire” and train better allowing customers to have an enjoyable/ acceptable experience. since I received no response on the app, perhaps the owner or owners will see this, regardless I won’t be returning as the bottom line is they don’t care about their customers, and it shows.

  Went before closing and everything was clean and filled. The lady closing was very nice and appreciated my mothers humor. I love it here!

  Things have definitely improved and service has been excellent every time we have ordered online and in person over the last few months.
