I chose medium spice for my chicken makhni and it was perfect! Hubby got their Nepali Style Veggie Momo's and those were indulgent and delicious as well the sauce kicked my booty spice wise but together is tasted phenomenal. The owner and his family are extremely friendly and I can't wait to go back for more!

I would recommend making more "Nepali" cuisine than "Indian" - There are so many ways Nepali food is different than Indian food. Especially when making meat - instead of making it resemble an Indian curried/masala meat options, it could be simpler and more basic.
