The Hispanic counter girl could not understand me nor I her. I asked her for a breakfast burrito. Not every Subway has them. This one does not. So I got the chicken instead. At least she understood that. It was way more $6.99. so that $6.99 special must not apply here. At least I got to eat.

Worst customer service ever there where 2 employees present at the time didn’t catch both crew members name tags ,in there where 2 women present a heavier set Hispanic woman with short hair and another woman with a name tag that said Maria, but I walked in and was the only customer present, was never greeted or even acknowledged. the heavier set woman went around the corner peeked over a couple times but never engaged with me or came out to do anything she sat there hiding on a phone then the girl with the Maria name tag just continued to do whatever it was she was doing I stood 5 minutes before even being spoke too then my order was taken with a attitude as if I ruined there day by coming to the subway they choose to work at, as she made my sandwich I noticed how unkept she was hair was a mess clothes looked dirty never seen her change gloves from when she was doing other things before making my food. Unfortunately, I have to frequent here due to my job location, And it’s like every crew member has an attitude. The tall guy with the tattoos on his face is the only Respectful Crewmember I’ve came across.

Worst customer service ever. Stood there for 22 mins and only one other person in line. She just kept making online orders. Never even looked up and said Hi or I'll be with you in a min, nothing. Never apologized for the wait, nothing. This is not someone that should be scheduled to work by themselves, she can not handle it.

That is a very frustrating experience, especially since the "Build Your Own" model is the entire point of Subway. It’s even more confusing when there isn't any signage explaining a change in policy.
Here is a draft for a firm, 1-star review you can use for the White Bear Ave & Old Hudson Rd location: 1 Star
Headline: Ridiculous new "policy" – No sauces allowed at the end?
I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this location today. When I reached the end of the line and asked for mayo on my sandwich, the worker refused, stating that "manager orders" prevent them from adding ingredients like sauces at the end of the process.
There is absolutely no notice or memo posted for customers explaining this "rule." The whole reason people come to Subway is to customize their sandwich as it's being made. Being told "no" to a basic condiment because of an unposted management rule is a great way to lose customers. I won’t be coming back to this location until they decide to prioritize customer service again.
