I am a regular customer go there almost everyday and that rude Hispanic female manager they have is so disrespectful I always order double and she always purposefully under portions I understand you’re trying to maintain food costs down but when I respectfully ask for a full portion that I’m paying for she wants to argue and try to overcharge me? There are plenty of other locations in the area I can go to or restaurants to choose from I hope that extra .75 cents is worth losing a customer that spend over $200 a month there.

They were under remodeling when I last stopped by. But when they have been open, they don't disappoint. They are clean and efficient. Food tastes like every other Subway, and that is reassuring.

Mobile order- There was a HAIR in my sandwich. Was already disappointed because my sandwich was lacking what I asked there to be on it. Only to open the second half to combine the ingredients and see a black hair in my sandwich. I understand things happen but I then was treated terribly by the manager when I called. Had to laugh when he hung up on me when I asked for a refund or a coupon because I really didn’t want to eat another sandwich today after finding a hair. I should have taken a picture of my sandwich and the hair but of course I was so mad I threw it away and didn’t want to dig it back out of the trash.

I asked for extra black olives and the hispanic lady flat out said “No. It will not be good for me because of my boss.” I get black olives are expensive, but I’ve never had anyone simply refuse a request at a CUSTOMIZABLE sub shop. After that she copped an attitude the rest of the transaction. I didn’t catch her name, but it was at 11:30am on 8/31.
