  This place is a joke. They supposedly have a shelf for to go orders, but they keep orders behind the counter. If you ask them about it, they ignore you. Electronic list of orders in process, not used. Waste of space. Im sure their food is fine, if you ever get it.

  Love the made to order sandwiches and f soup is over the top. Fireplace, good food and some brief reading makes for a great lunch!

  It was a delivery order. Items missing. Mac and cheese was too salty to eat and the “French onion soup” was meh, at best. Flavorless, almost cheeseless and lukewarm. The onions were sparse and overcooked too. Don’t get me started on the cost. What a waste.

  Last time I go to Panera… I was immediately hit with a strong scent of spoiled milk when I walked in this morning. As I walked to get my pick up order, it continued… and I saw that the back rooms were equally dirty/unorganized. I dont trust a business to prepare my food safely, if their lobby and seating area is dirty.

  I was here on 11/1/25. I just haven’t had time to post about it - busy season. Unfortunately I actually had to ask for a refund because I waited over 20 minutes for my food to come and there was still over 5 people ahead of me waiting for theres. It was busy but not that busy. I also didn’t appreciate that the manager didn’t say anything about it besides just giving me my refund. Some sort of apology would have been kind. I’ve never ever had to ask Panera for a refund and I’ve been going to Panera for over 20 years now. I get sometimes days are rough but please try to mitigate these things moving forward.
