  Got the monkey bread pancakes, they were under cooked! The middle of each pancake was till mush! But the coffee and eggs were good, and the place is super cute!

  This is my go to Saturday coffee spot. Absolutely love everything about this place! Staff is awesome. No matter busy, service is always great. Both the coffee and food are great! Absolutely love the pimento eggs, thier bagel sandwich, biscuits and the pineapple coconut french toast! They also have a pistachio martini that is by far my favorite drink they offer. The mimosa tower is great too! I recommend making reservations. 10/10 definitely recommend.

  A lot of great breakfast and drink options. Our server was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I would park in the underground ramp as the exit is right next door (drive towards parking but go right and down instead of left and to the outdoor ramp).

  If you like Reubens, do not order their bowl. I didn't complain in person because they were busy plus, major civil unrest happening all over the twin cities. The "hash" was sliced unsalted red potatoes w a random barely cooked carrot. I did not see any swiss cheese, the sauerkraut didn't add anything. Unfortunately, I didn't read that is was cubed corned beef, not shaved. My bad, it was like grisly processed ham. My lunch date was shocked that I kept reaching for the salt, which I never do. Only redeeming things on this bowl was the dressing.

  Hope Breakfast Bar gave us such a meaningful experience. With everything going on in Minnesota right now, it’s been hard to feel comfortable going out, but from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Our server, Jen, was incredibly kind and professional, this was the second time she’s helped us, and she’s always wonderful. Toward the end of our meal, we found out that a couple seated near us had paid for our brunch. I was honestly near tears. That simple act of kindness meant more than they could know. Wish I could have said thank you before they left (I didn’t know they paid yet at the time) 🥹 Made me so happy! Great food, amazing service, and a place that truly feels like community. 💛
