Featured menu items out of stock, employees were unwilling to communicate more than a grunt, had to repeat multiple times that we wanted to buy chips and guac with our meal, soda machine wasn't working, forks and napkins weren't stocked. After asking for forks, they did provide them but made no action to refill for the next customers, who also had to ask. In observing the employees while we ate, it seemed like the manager was not fostering a good work environment, they all kept to themselves, didn't communicate with each other and did not seem happy. Will not return to this location.

However, there's constantly something wrong with their beverage station: the soda machine is broken, or the ice machine is broken, or the lemonades are empty, or the trash is overflowing, or they're out of napkins, or whatever. It must be a management problem, because there's another location 2 miles down the road that never struggles with these issues. Don't come here if you're thirsty or want a drink with your food.
