  TLDR the manager lied to my face and the cashier was rude and physically agitated over a queso reward. I came on a day where they were training a cashier. I tried to use a reward for free queso. It wasn't applied and since I was on the phone I was distracted and didn't catch it until after I paid. The trainer apologized and said I could just use it next time so I said no biggie. The next time I come and try to use it was a biggie. I scan the reward and they tell me it's already been used. I show them the reward, which was still on my rewards page, something I've never seen for a already used reward, and tell them the situation and they genuinely get physically agitated, making movements with their arm and grunting before calling the manager. I tell the manager the situation and point out that there are literal employees that they can confirm with. I describe the trainer, light skin with dreads, and the manager says that person doesn't work here. There are only three explanations either I have schizophrenia, the manager is lying, or the manager doesn't know who works under him. He's lying over a queso reward. He could have just said they aren't here now so I can't verify if it was so serious, but no, he lied about a person not working he. I keep pressing him on the employee not working there and then he gives in and deducts the queso. But, he says something to the effect of you can't do this again. Do what again? He insinuates that I've made up some scheme to get unlimited free queso that involves me somehow generating a reward on the chipotle app and tying in actual employees in my story. Not to mention I go here pretty regularly so how would I come back if I'm constantly lying. I won't be coming here regularly anymore.

  Super messy environment, absolutely zero friendliness with customer service, everything felt extremely rushed even when not busy and super skimpy on portions (especially meat). They forgot a food item on my order, didn’t give me a receipt or even offer one, and were super unfriendly towards each other and didn’t give any amount of pleasant service to customers either. Extremely displeased. *UPDATE* When my partner went back to get my missing item, they refused to give it to us without us paying for it AGAIN because we didn’t receive a paper receipt, we never were given a receipt or even offered one, extremely disappointed and will NOT be coming back!!

  Just a really disappointing location…. There were probably 10 people working, and it was mostly just chaotic. So messy, low or completely empty items, and terrible customer service. Seems like there is a total lack of management. I somehow felt guilty for being there?

  By far the worst, lowest quality chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to this location multiple times (out of convenience) and it’s horrible every time. Went there last night and that was the last straw. The portions were SO sad. My bowl looked like it was for a child. To top it off, there was a long blonde hair in my food. I would’ve turned around for a refund if the line wasn’t so long and if I wasn’t rushing to the hospital. I’ll never come back

  Terrible customer service! There is this young Latina girl who works there and I was trying to explain that on the kids tray my child doesn’t eat the tortilla and so I usually do white rice, black beans and barbacoa and on on the bigger side I ask for just a bit more of rice (not like a full school or anything but a bit extra since she won’t have the tortilla) and this girl was just arguing about it and charged me a full side of barbacoa extra! Ridiculous no other location has given me this issue.
