  i have never once left a review, but my experience here today (4/19) makes me feel like i have to. never once have i had a subway employee act so rude, employee was very rude to my whole family. this guy genuinely threw down every single sandwich on the counter when he was done with it, and could not seem to understand simple instructions. he DOUSED my sandwich in mustard when i had asked for light, and rolled his eyes when i had asked for extra of something. he continued to be rude, couldn’t be more unhappy to serve people like he is paid to do so. he was very rude to my family as well throughout their entire rest of the order, and was rude about a misunderstanding of payment when their transaction screen was coming up as a different price than he was telling them. will unfortunately not be returning to this subway, every other time i have gone they only have 1 employee staffed and they always seem to have an issue when someone comes inside to order like we are interrupting something even though it seems like they like have nothing to be doing. not sure if that’s completely true, but my experience at this location has never been “good” within the last at least 6 months that i have been here.

  I went there after reading some of the reviews and thinking some people were dramatic. I watched as the person infront of me ordered and a young girl made his sandwich. She was wearing a long sleeve shirt with flared sleeves and they badly rolled up. So as she made his sandwich her sleeves were rubbing in his sandwich and any ingredients her hands passed over. Her sleeves where covered in various sauces and looked dirty. When it came my turn I contemplated leaving but a guy came out of the back and I thought "oh good she won't make my food" but he put the meat and cheese on the sub and passed it to her. I decided I was in to deep to cancel and I'm not the type of person to make a scene. Anytime I asked for an ingredient she'd barely put anything on the sub. Spinach? 5 leaves. I left really regretting not listening to the reviews. I don't understand why the man didn't tell the girl to roll up her sleeve more. Or how she didn't notice. Disgusting experience. Don't make the same mistake I made, don't go here.

  Can’t pick up the phone when called with order issues. 30% of the time food is made incorrectly and staff have a nasty attitude!

  The two gentlemen that work in the evenings do a wonderful job.
