  The most abysmal Qdoba experience I have ever had was at this location. After placing a pickup order, I waited in store for over an hour before I got my food, and even then I had to tell them to substitute brown rice for white rice because that was apparently the holdup. At no point was I offered compensation, an explanation, or other solutions (like a substitution), I had to push to even be acknowledged. The servers did not seem to care and the cook appeared to be drunk or high while serving customers. In trying to get this issue resolved, I have called the store over 10 times and spent a cumulative hour and a half on hold. Whether the GM is incompetent or unaware, I'm not sure, but I can say for certain that I will never be returning to this location and would encourage others to go to a different location with staff that respect their customers.

  Everyone on shift on April 28th from 6pm-7pm was very helpful! I called this location because I needed a last minute catering order of 25 burritos because chipotle decided to cancel on us at the very last second. I explained the situation to the person on the phone, they checked if they had the supplies, then told me they can do it and would start on my order! It took them about 30-35 minutes which I thought was super fast, especially also helping other customers in the process. It was a major life saver and I couldnt thank everyone enough!

  Where do I even start.. On April 5th at 10 PM, I experienced a level of service failure that raises serious concerns about how this location is being operated. After waiting over an hour for my order late at night, I attempted to get a basic update and was placed on hold no fewer than eight times. When I was able to reach someone, I was given inconsistent and contradictory information each time — and at one point, the call was abruptly ended. The explanation surrounding my order continued to change, with no clear or accurate answer ever provided. At 9:57 PM, my order was marked as “completed,” despite the fact that I never received it. I was still charged in full. From a customer standpoint, marking an undelivered order as completed and closing without resolution reflects extremely poor internal controls and raises serious concerns about how transactions are being handled. Because the restaurant failed to take responsibility or provide any resolution, I was forced to contact DoorDash customer service to intervene. During that process, it was confirmed that the information I had been given by the restaurant was inaccurate, and that the restaurant failed to appropriately work toward a resolution. Compounding the issue, the general manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the situation, his conduct reinforced the lack of accountability and further escalated the experience. That level of behavior from management is particularly concerning and reflects poorly on the oversight of this location. There was no explanation, no apology, and no corrective action taken. I have still not received a proper refund. This situation reflects a breakdown in basic operational standards, communication, and accountability. Charging a customer for an order that was never received, providing inconsistent information, and failing to resolve the issue demonstrates a serious lapse in business practices. I expect accountability, corrective action, and a resolution immediately. Avoid this location.
