  I put in an order to be delivered at 1:22. Although I only live two blocks away, I didn't get my sandwich for 40 minutes. Further, I requested that my sandwich be cut in half and the that the delivery person use the computer screen outside my building's front door to let me know my food had arrived. My sandwich wasn't cut in half and the delivery person did not use the simple computer screen to notify me that my food had arrived. I deliberately waited until after 1:00 to miss the lunch rush. It should not take 40 minutes to make and delivery a single sandwich to a location no more that 5 minutes away. Also, the Jimmy John's tracking device never moved from "order placed" to "on the way." This is not the first time I have had an issue with this Jimmy John's. One time I ordered a Beach Comber and it came without any avocado! Both times I have ordered for delivery it has taken 40 minutes or more. And that is for a two block delivery. I would not recommend using delivery at this Jimmy John's. Although their food is good, the workers at this Jimmy John's do not do a good job of fulfilling customers orders and the delivery service, which they charge for is a joke. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this Jimmy

  Not enough mayo so my roast beef sandwich was dry. Way too expensive for a meal with a large sandwich.

  Living near this location for many years, they continue to drop in service each year. It takes 35+ minutes the last few times on online pickup orders. If they are lucky, we usually get 1 of the 4 sandwiches correct. Stay away.

  Great place to eat, forgot to grab a recipe and they helped me out of a jam by printing and emailing it to me. wonderful service.
