  I’ve been a loyal customer of Jamba Juice for many years, mostly in Las Vegas, and I’ve always loved the consistency and quality. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at the Grand Ave location in Minnesota have been disappointing. The smoothies just don’t taste the same—there’s a noticeable lack of consistency. On multiple occasions, their system has been down and my purchases weren’t recorded for rewards points, which is frustrating for a regular customer. Today was especially disappointing. I ordered my usual smoothie, and it came out very watery instead of thick like it normally should be. I politely asked for it to be remade, but the employee seemed to have an attitude, which caught me off guard—especially after paying $10.97 and leaving a tip. When I asked again, he said he would just add more ice and reblend it. After trying it again, it was even more watered down than before. I really hope this location can improve both consistency and customer service, because this experience didn’t reflect the quality I’ve come to expect from Jamba.

  Placed an online order and it took an hour to make because they had one worker on a Saturday morning. He was so overwhelmed and had so many orders. People kept walking in and leaving. The people who stayed waited over 45 mins for their smoothie. If we hadn’t of paid online, we would’ve cancelled it. Need more staff ASAP, especially on a weekend.

  I ordered online went to pick up and was told they couldn't make any of my order, a smoothie and a Acia bowl. Refused to refund. Did nothing to help. Did not receive any food or drink.
