I am incredibly frustrated with my recent visit. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time.
Food Quality: The wings were borderline inedible—either overcooked and dry or swimming in pools of grease. The quality was nowhere near what it should be.
Hygiene Issues: Most alarmingly, I saw a cockroach crawling near the prep area. This is a massive health code violation and makes me seriously question the cleanliness of the entire kitchen.
Customer Service: To top it off, when I tried to bring an issue to the staff's attention, the GM Kerrigan was extremely rude and dismissive. There was zero professionalism or attempt to make things right with my order. Do not go to this wingstop. Kerrigan is a rude disgusting and should not be a GM.

I usually enjoy Wingstop and have ordered from other locations without any problems, but this visit was disappointing. I clearly asked for my wings WET, not dry rub, and repeated my request multiple times to avoid confusion. The cashier confirmed that he understood my order.
Before leaving, I checked my food and saw that it was wrong—I was given dry rub wings instead. I had to go back to the counter to have it corrected, which could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. If there was any confusion, someone else should have stepped in to take the order instead of confirming something incorrectly. In which i did not want, because if yall can’t get a simple order correct the first time i know yall won’t be able to get it correct the second time. It was a SIMPLE order. 5pc WET, THATS IT! I didn’t ask for anything extra!
Mistakes happen, but order accuracy is basic customer service. Hopefully this location improves moving forward.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
How can I input special instructions into my online order?
We offer the most commonly ordered menu items as options for our online ordering system. If you're craving something special and can't find it online, call your Wingstop directly and they'll get your flavor hooked up.
