  Steals food. I order through the app, and when I got there the doors were locked, lights were off, and they had already marked it as picked up. I arrived half an hour before close too and stupidly left a $5 tip when I ordered. This occurred at ~10:18pm on Jan 31, so whoever stole it was working then.

  It appears that this Subway is suffering under the general blight that is affecting all of University Ave. When I arrived, a sign on the door said that the only bread available was wheat, which was find with me. The chairs were all on top of the tables, signaling that they were about to close, but they are supposed to be open until 11pm. I asked to use the restroom before ordering, but the woman behind the counter said they do not have any restrooms for customers and suggested I use the one at Los Campos down the block. Since I was rather desperate, I went back out in the cold wind and found that Los Campos was closed. I came back and ordered a tuna sub, but they were out of tuna. She said nice words like "have a nice evening," but it felt more like sarcasm.

  Forgot to ask his name, but the gentleman that made my order was an absolute professional, and I could tell he cares about the quality of the work he does. I appreciated his effort, he made this store stand out to me in a very positive way.

  Overall, terrible neighborhood by a terrible corner with terrible traffic and terrible people..but Fantastic Subway!!! Very clean, made me a great sub. It was all very pleasant and not terrible at all
