You could tell they were very short staffed and busy but he made sure to check in and individually service every single guest. Order was a little delayed but he let me know of that right away and let me know when it was almost finished too. To be stressed out but still be kind to rude and impatient customers is just amazing.

Another guy with darker hair says look at the receipt. If it’s on the receipt then it’s in the bag. We all know that’s not always true, right? He goes on like if there’s a charge for a bottle drink then it’s in the bag. Mind u as a dasher the screen just says confirm the drink so I don’t know if it’s a bottle or cup. So I say to the guy “ you only put bottle drinks in the bag not cup drinks?” He response sarcastically yeah if we put cup drinks in the bag then it would cause a mess for you and the customer. I understand that he may think his response was appropriate. However there are many restaurants that have figured out how to put the cup in the bag without it spilling so they can seal the entire order and ensure that it’s tamper proof. Anyways his conversation dropped my experience with the store from a 5 to a 2. Teach the guy with the darker hair to be more like the other one.
