  Experienced a communication delay with a neighboring store after ordering my food & needed guidance on what to do about my order. I wanted to take the time to thank Gabe who answered my call on the first ring. I never ordered from this store but I will in the future, thanks to him! The little things go a long way.   This location is the ONLY location open after 10pm and I’m pregnant craving the beach club. Thank goodness they are open! I got 3 sandwiches and the staff were cool.

  Jimmy John's has gone down hill especially this location quality of meat, taste of bread, even the chips have so much junk ingredients now. I'm done going there it's a shame I use to crave going there

  Les recomiendo el lugar, el pan es súper suave y tienen de todo tipo de sanduches, mi favorito es el #13, #17 o el #3

  This was my 1st time ordering from this specific JJ's location, as I'd often visit the one on Jackson - but there's never any parking there so I figured I'd try the Grand (this) location for a change. I orded on the app and for curbside, but after waiting 13 mins from when I checked-in on the app, I decided just to go in and get it. For myself, I'd ordered a "giant" #1 with extra meat and cheese, but it wasn't until I got home that I realized it had neither extra meat nor cheese. I was very unhappy, as I paid extra for these extras which were nowhere to be found. If I hadn't checked the bag before leaving, I would not have received the pesto I'd ordered for my son. The food tasted as it should, but kinda bummed I paid nearly $7 for absolutely nothing (the extras that were missing). I decided to wait until I was no longer angry to write my review (almost a week), I hope it comes across less hostile than the original review would have. I do not think I will return to this specific location again.
