  My biggest concern is sanitary practice. I watched a female employee on the sandwich board eat a peice of candy with her gloves on and then proceed to wrap out sandwiches with the same gloves on. Also, we got a cup for water and accidentally bumped the lemonade button and then proceeded to fill the cup with water. A different female employee was extremely rude and said "that's not water!" The staff was rude and the environment was dirty. I would not recommend visiting this location

  Typically, I only give fast food places a 3. This location does a good job and is remarkable consistent.

  I ordered a meal. I was charged $18. I’ve been waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes. All they have said is we only have one driver. thank you for your patience. I’m 0.2 miles from the store. I could have walked there easily. I called and got to talk to someone for a 4th time. This guy did the right thing and looked into my order. I appreciated him not blowing me off. In his words they messed up the order. He gave me a refund. I didn’t have them redo the order because I can’t afford to wait for a delivery when they are struggling.

  This store serves downtown and nearby areas, so they are understandably busy during the lunch time. But, to me, it's still fast service. Delivery people are very nice. Food is delicious. Rewards club is awesome. Thank you J.J.!
