Absolutely ridiculous experience. It took 20 minutes to make ONE sandwich, which defeats the whole point of Jimmy John’s being “fast.” To make it worse, my sandwich was made wrong after waiting that long. Slow service and careless mistakes. Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 #14Sandwiches they both was soggy and not to tasty I had the same sandwich from this different jimmy John’s in Minneapolis and it was so good that’s why I wanted to try another sandwich but nope 👎🏽 I will go to the other jimmy John’s
