  We had an amazing experience with this store. I forgot to put a catering order in for 20+ people and they accommodated our last minute order, arrived early, and everything was delicious. I could not recommend this location enough. Thank you for helping us out!

  Service is excellent. I usually always order online ahead of time and they are ready to pickup right away. One of the workers went above and beyond and individually wrapped the halves of my sandwiches which was so nice. They are very friendly as well. Their food always tastes so fresh and yummy.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. It took 20 minutes to make ONE sandwich, which defeats the whole point of Jimmy John’s being “fast.” To make it worse, my sandwich was made wrong after waiting that long. Slow service and careless mistakes. Very disappointing.

  It took over 1 1/2 hours to get 5 sandwiches delivered. The drink we ordered had started to spill over in the box they used to deliver so it was all over food as well. Ummm we’ll just stick to door dash. The fees get a little expensive but we’re also not waiting close to 2 hours for cold sandwiches
