Everything was super nice when I went there. Workers are very nice and helpful and the food was made fast and it was delicious. It was my first time at the restaurant and they were very patient with explaining how the burgers work. Atmosphere was not bad, it just was not anything special.

I usually love this place. But tonight as the cook was cooking someone else was taking down vents above grill. Then not the cook but the main lady that ran the register came over to help cook without washing her hands, thankfully another customer came in before she touched anything. But then after she comes back this time she washes her hands but takes over for the cook drops my burger and proceeds to scrap it up and put it on my bun and i said no thats gross! She them proceeds to pick it back up throw it on the grill and bring it back to my bun.... I said no i don't want that. She then throws a new patty on grill on same spot that she threw the one that dropped. I told her I didn't want that and i wanted the cook to be in charge of my order. It was so gross and un sanitary! The younger girl and the cook did everything great! But not the main cashier and the guy moving things above food cooking! I gave two stars for service as most of my interaction was with the bad service girl.

My double cheeseburger cost $10. I did not get fries, I did not get a drink. Normally I would consider this to be a little bit steep. However, I watched one of the line cooks literally pull out two beef patties and put them on the grill. They made my burger as I ordered it. I had it "all the way," plus jalapenos. This treatment doesn't skimp on the toppings, but it works well. It isn't so moist that it falls apart, but it feels substantial. The beef patties felt fresh and grilled, and honestly I just really liked the feeling of sinking my teeth into a burger this tall. Service was quick considering they literally grill the burger right in front of you. I was initially fearing Five Guys for its high prices. I now fear Five Guys because I understand that the prices are worth paying. I would be happy to come back here again.
