- CFcelica fierro6 days ago1.0DO NOT Order Delivery from here, if I could get dominos delivered from a different location I WOULD!!! This store always takes forever to deliver and quality is low. I’ve ordered here multiple times, the last time I ordered it took 3 hours for one order I placed and it was only 1 pizza, cinnamon bites, and a soda. They were taking so long that I tried to call to pick up the order my self but of course they shut off their phones so no calls would come through. When I got my pizza it was cold and they were sold out of my pop and didn’t bother to call to let me know. They refused any type of refund and offered a half off coupon which is useless with all the fees they have. The food will most likely come cold and sloppy. They absolutely don’t care about your order, clearly have no good management in there running their store. There’s no reason anyone less than 10 minutes away from there store should have to wait that long. TODAY I decided to order once again hoping they would be better since it’s not a weekend. I ordered one pizza and 3 ranches and they forgot my all 3 of them. When the driver got here he offered to drive back for the ranches but I refused since it already took 40 min for the one pizza and my food would be cold by the time they get back. I called the store to try and get a refund for what I didn’t receive and my tip, they refused and said they were unable to do that and offered a 10$ credit but yet again that won’t do anything because they require a minimum spending of 18$ to deliver regardless. It really seemed like it was too much work for him to refund the items. Don’t waste your time trying to get your food delivered in a timely manner!!!

Showed them the call log and they refused to even acknowledge the mistake. Said it wasn’t their fault! Terrible service and no manager even bothered to come up and deal with me.
