Just gave you guys another chance. Ordered my food online, went to the store when the tracker said the food was done. Paid for my pizza, sat and waited 20minutes, just for them to tell me it wasn't even started yet, and i had to wait another 15to20 minutes. Why would you have a tracker if it lies to you and why does it take 50minutes to make a 1topping cheese pizza. So i got money back and ill never go back. 2pizza orders in 2days that you couldnt even fufill. You guys have one job, make pizzas, cant even do that

This place a run so incredibly poorly. Whoever manages)owns it should be fired for negligence. The employees are terrible. Really, really bad. In a different instituonal capacity, we often order from them, but those days are over.

I wanted to redo my review because as I waited an hour for my take out I noticed a few things. I ordered at 9pm and the estimated 13 minutes. Upon arriving at 9:15 I realized my food wasn’t made yet. Though as I sat for 45 minutes in the lobby I watched the ONE employee make every single pizza order, answer phones, answer guest questions. She was working her butt off. She was doing the best she could do. I can’t imagine how many rude people she has to deal with if this how they staff their store. On top of that. She was extremely kind to me. Give her a raise, and raise the wage to get more workers in. Start investing in the employees. You are burning out the good ones. Also get someone to update the app with REAL estimates. Not some fake numbers you just put out thinking every store is meeting corporate standards. Also this message is for those that don’t go in the store when you order. Remember it might be just one person so be kind.

This location has been a hit and miss. 17min delivery or 2hr delivery you never know... Too bad there isn't a tool to send the customer updates on their order and realistic delivery time, like a pizza tracker.
I don't care if I have to wait an hour on a busy night, but if you tease me with 30min, then I'll be upset.

We ordered mid afternoon for a 6:30 delivery.. had to call to track the order.. At 7:30, the Manager said it was out for delivery.. clearly not the truth.
subsequent calls later, I was told that they were just behind, and I might have to wait another hour.. then they just kept hanging up on me.. the WORST customer service EVER.. finally had to just cancel..
