So you don’t get waited in and now 5 people are in line. Plus it looked like the pickup orders were also slow. About 6 folks just waiting in pick up. That’s a lot of folks waiting in a small shop. Everyone waiting gets impatient and irritated. You didn’t have enough help, plain and simple. Or close your pickup option for a while, it seems that that is where the problem lies. Then those of us who actually WALK IN can get service in a timely fashion. This didn’t happen today.

It’s right outside the counter so staff can see it.. and apparently don’t care at all. I ended up parked a block away and walked back and it was still there- so not just someone running in and out. Did not get coffee at that point- so heads up owners, you might get more business if you cared
