- JHJacqueline Harens2 days ago2.0I like the new design to the inside of the building. I am very disappointed with the shrinkage in the drinks. I ordered a Large Crated Press which is 20 oz. I opened the drink and the foam isn't even to the top of the rim. I didn't take a sip, drove home and poured my drink into a liquid measuring cup. To my surprise, my drink wasn't even 16 oz, which is a medium size by the way. I understand the foam takes some room but for that to not even be at the rim is ridiculous. I am paying for 20 ounces of coffee, I should get 20 ounces of coffee and to not even get 16 oz is wrong. My advice to all caribou customers, open up your drink before you leave the building to make sure you get what you are paying for.
