Instead of helping with a simple misunderstanding on my order, she spoke to me in a really disrespectful tone and made me feel talked down to. It was shocking and honestly embarrassing, especially with other customers around. I understand that mistakes happen and people have stressful days, but there’s no reason for a manager to speak to customers that way. It completely changed how comfortable I feel coming to this location. I really hope the store addresses this, because experiences like this make people want to go elsewhere.
