  This is the most amazing Caribou location I have ever experienced. 1. The Staff is very friendly polite and up beat 2. The Staff works in harmony, very efficient, and fast paced 3. The Manager, is always in the mix working side by side with the team 4. The Manager has a great eye for talent, the new employees are able to get them up to speed in a heartbeat. Great process To provide context, I manage large businesses with 50 plus employees in multiple locations. So to see how this one location operated, make me rethink my hiring strategies. How can I hire more people like them…? Anyway, great job!

  Perfect coffee stop on the way to work, very friendly staff, great music selection to wake me up on a rough morning, and most importantly great coffee.
