There was a bit of a line with one cashier and two employees making drinks, but the teamwork was impressive. While I was waiting, one of the gentlemen behind the counter greeted me warmly with a “Good morning!” and asked what I was planning to order. I mentioned I hadn’t ordered yet, but he offered to get started anyway and even customized my drink — a white chocolate mocha with caramel (which he called a “turtle mocha”). When it was my turn to pay, he even helped process the transaction so everything was ready by the time the cashier came over. She smiled and said, “Oh good, he already rang you up!” Afterward, he handed me my drink and said, “Take a sip and let me know if it’s too sweet — it’s one of our sweeter drinks.” He was right — it was a little sweet — and he happily adjusted it for me on the spot. As I walked away, I heard him doing the same thing for the next customers — helping, greeting, and keeping the line moving. Huge props to Tommy at this location — friendly, proactive, and clearly a team player who takes pride in his work. Thank you for making my quick coffee stop such a positive experience. Tommy, you’re a rare one nowadays — keep up the great work! Your management team should be proud.
