This place has amazing food and the service was also amazing. We had a party of 13 people and it was no problem with them.

Unfortunately did like the majority of what we got so will not be back, especially given the pricing of everything. If everything was good, that would have been a different story. The fried mozzarella, fettuccine Alfredo, and manicotti were just ok. The mozzarella garlic bread and cannoli were just good enough to be edible but a waste of calories and not good. The tiramisu was absolutely disgusting and terrible. Don't think I've ever had tiramisu that was so bad it was inedible and just thrown out uneaten. Not sure how this can even happen. Not sure if I can describe how it was bad, but first it has completely dry and hard and stale, like it was a month old stale. Usually tiramisu is the opposite of this. It was definitely stale and old. No question. And on top of this that really made it inedible, was it had this very strong chemically like taste to it. It was baffling. And there was no tiramisu taste to it underneath this chemical taste even. There was no taste to it but this chemical taste. The first bite was just so shockingly bad the we only took a second and even a third bite out of shock and curiosity trying to decipher and ascertain what that disgusting taste was to it and to verify just how stale, dry and old it was. Needless to say we were beyond disappointed and in fact wish we could get a refund, especially for the uneaten tiramisu.

I spent $200+ on takeout package of lasagna, salad, bread, and dessert to feed a small group. The brownies were dry and hard, and must have been leftovers from several days before. Pretty disappointing to bring that to an event, have people make comments about how terrible brownies were having spent that much money, and not have anyone touch the dessert. Lasagna was acceptable, but I will look to other options next time.

We were recommended to try this restaurant from a local, however didn’t have the best experience. From the minute we were sat, we waited over 10 minutes, while servers were sweeping around us, servers walking by, yet nobody ever greeted or acknowledged us. We should’ve left then. I asked the person sweeping, if someone was coming to serve us. Our server, Carlee, did not seem to have any interest in serving us. I don’t know if it’s a race thing or what, as both my friend & I are minorities. Although she was very quick to greet the table that sat behind us that were white. It was not busy, but we felt neglected the entire time and she kept walking away from the table as we were talking to her. This is a family style restaurant and everything is meant to serve 4+ people. Chicken carbonara was great ($40), but the brussel sprouts were lacking flavor and hard ($20). We will not be back.
