There were 2 people working, at 5 pm, they focused on the drive thru before the customers inside and there was only a family of 5 inside and me. I waited for 20mins to get my food. I guess they did their best with only 2 people working.

- SSSherkyNov 20, 20251.0DO NOT EAT INSIDE OR PLAN on it if you're on break. There was 4 of them working and I was the only in the lobby with 2 car in the drive through. I waited exactly 16 minutes for my food and they told me 5. After 15 minutes I had asked for an update, the lady worker went to the prep area and I heard her say, "He's Rushing" How am I rushing after patiently waiting 15 minutes for "fast food" and there's no one else but me and 2 other cars waiting. As I was leaving, one of the cars waiting walked in to cancel his order due to the long wait as well. I get it if you short staffed and busy but it definitely wasn't busy as I was the only one and 2 other cars. O and I seen them and hear them using the microwave to re heat food which is definitely wrong doing. I wonder if that's how they prep food for orders. I lost my appetite and handed my food away
