  I got delivery from this dominoes. The delivery driver is a super cool guy. His name was Nathan he was awesome. I would totally order from this dominoes again

  I order from here often. Usually it's good. All of the workers are very nice, especially their delivery drivers. I'm more dissatisfied by reporting issues with my food on the app. I got 2 inedible dishes (pasta and tots) and it was basically a form online you fill out and they give me a free pizza... that is about half the value of what I paid for... not including the tip and delivery fee. So, their online "something was wrong" form is just their way to cut out paying a customer service rep by offering a coupon and there's no consideration taken into what my actual issue was or making it right based on the cost. They just give you a coupon to force you to order from them again if you want compensation for not getting edible food.

  I placed an order and had a 50 min wait which was totally fine. I was notified that the pizza was ready so I left my home and drove 10 mins to the store. Upon my arrival the place was very busy and after a few minutes I was greeted. I was asked for my name and for several minutes they looked around and did not have my pizza nor cinnamon bites ready (even though it was ready 20 mins prior apparently). I was eventually given my food or so I thought. I got all the way home to find out it wasn't my pizza. I then drove back stood there for 10 mins before being helped, they took the pizza and said nothing. After waiting 5-10 more mins I was told it would be 40 mins additional for my pizza!!! I then asked for delivery and they said they couldn't pull up my address. So I asked for a refund and after 5 more mins of just aimlessly touching the screen and being ignored I did not receive a refund. Having worked food for several years I have plenty of empathy, but this was just terrible service! We have ordered here several times each month, but will no longer go back. To the young gal working the front thank you for doing your best, however to your manager its a shame they didn't speak up or help you.

  Ordered through app and waited the expected cook time and the app advised it was ready for pick up. Went inside and store could not find my order nor was it ready. Yet 1 hour later after waiting in the lobby they give me the wrong order still. Probably won't go here again.

  I placed an order over the phone and when we got it him realized it was made wrong but the gal that took my order made a great recovery! I called and spoke with a guy that right away said they replace and deliver it for free & then the gal that took my order called, apologized again & added a credit to my account for the mishap. This was great customer service and so thoughtful. Thank you for making my day better with this interaction.
