  Online order- the bread was as hard as a rock. The rest of the sandwich was well made and arrived pretty quickly. Please stop serving the overcooked bread.

  I’m writing this review because if I pay $12 for a sandwich that is a BLT bacon lettuce and tomato I expect her to be bacon in it my bacon should match my lettuce or tomatoes. My tomatoes are wilted. My bacon was Nill and my lettuce was almost nonexistent. I paid for a BLT I reiterate, bacon lettuce, tomato it’s really hard to mess that up. But I did give the service five stars because my delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure that I got my sandwich so kudos to her!!!!!!!! I travel all across the country and I must say this might be the worst Jimmy Johns experience I’ve ever had! The person making the sandwiches must think the ingredients are coming out of his paycheck!

  Exceptional customer service. 5 stars well deserved. Will return again and will tell a friend. Highly recommended location.
