Ordered a sandwich for delivery. After 35 minutes I called the store to make sure the driver had the correct address. I was told the driver had three to four stops on that run but he should be coming by soon. 15 more minutes go by and I call again and this time they tell me they're out of bread. But if he already left with my sandwich this shouldn't be a issue. Not sure, just sketchy, cancelled my order and probably won't try them again. Fair warning to other people. Sounds like Jimmy Johns downtown is unreliable

I bought # club 15, the tuna without tomatoes ,the sub was good but I am concerned about the price why is it that high like that for a half bread, it costed me $12.90? It doesn't make sense at all . I think it should less than that honestly.

Jessie we are deeply sorry about somone asking for payment when you clearly wanted to pay cash. How absurd and rude. As for the driver not following clear instructions and leaving at desk #1 or #3 and picking up cash from the window is just terrible. We hope we can improve on these things to offer a better service to you the customer. We appreciate your feedback and will resolve this for next time.
