  Man check it out when Michelle is working this is the best jimmy John’s ever she makes it the best her customer service the way she makes the sandwich etc please make her like a real gm because she is more then just a manager she makes the store with hospitality and great service !

  Terrible. Waited an hour for online order. Than was asked what my name was because I never checked in. Check in? For a mobile order? Told them to refund it and walked out.
