I understand that they were short, however slamming things down and showing that you are clearly angry is not the fault of the customer. I hate working short myself, but making others feel your pain is unprofessional and rude. The kicker! I stood at the register for over 10 minutes and the staff completely ignored me, however every new car that pulled up in the drive thru got answered immediately. No acknowledgement, no excuses, but completely ignored even though they both looked at me. She could have told the drive thru customers that she would be with them shortly, but she focused as they were the only customers that mattered. Out of frustration, I left and will likely never return to this to location! In store customers matter too!!!
