This place is terribly toxic and extremely mismanaged. My niece worked there, and after hearing everything she went through—and seeing some of the issues myself—I can confidently say this is one of the worst work environments someone could end up in. They don’t even have proper dish soap, and employees are forced to clean with low-quality supplies that barely work and are rarely restocked. She also told me they are required to stand outside in the cold for hours at a time with almost no real protection from the weather. They are given thin gloves, cheap rain jackets, and gear that is clearly not meant for freezing temperatures. Some workers were shaking from the cold, and even when they tried to warm up for a moment, they were told to go right back outside. On some days, the wind was so strong and cold, yet they were still forced to stay out there. The way management runs things makes it obvious they don’t care about employee safety, comfort, or basic human decency. My niece was unjustly fired along with ten other workers, all of them receiving the exact same autogenerated reason, as if none of their individual situations mattered. Keep in mind this is someone who worked more than thirty hours a week and passed their so-called Brewista test without any problems. She did her job, showed up, put in the work, and still got tossed aside without explanation. I also saw firsthand how chaotic and poorly run this place is, with long lines, stressed employees, and constant confusion. Nothing is organized, nothing is consistent, and the workers are treated terribly the entire time. Overall, this place is unsafe, unprofessional, and incredibly toxic. I strongly recommend avoiding working here at all costs. No job is worth being treated like this.

This was one of the worst-managed places I’ve ever seen. The line was already long, and when it was finally about to be my turn to place my order, the manager or shift lead came out and told the employees to take the cars at the back instead. That wasn’t even the worst part. I still would’ve been fine with the situation if I at least received my drinks, but when I finally pulled up, they gave me the wrong order. When I told them I needed my drink remade correctly, a person named Connor, I believe, told me he could not remake it and instructed me to park. I explained that I was in a hurry, and he said he didn’t care, repeating that I needed to park if I wanted my drink. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but that is absolutely not the way to treat a customer. I had already been waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. To make things worse, those poor kids working outside were standing in the cold taking orders for what looked like 30 minutes or more. One of them was literally shivering, and his hands were so cold he could barely use the screen. They were wearing thin, poor-quality gloves where I could see their fingers through them and these yellow rain jackets that were clearly not meant for cold weather. When I asked where they got that equipment, he said it was provided by 7 Brew. One of the workers even tried to go inside to warm up, but the shift lead Connor yelled at him and told him to go back outside to take orders, even though there weren’t any cars left. I honestly pity those kids; at this rate, they might get frostbite. I truly hope they find better jobs before winter hits, especially when temperatures drop below zero.

While the mocha I ordered was good it wasn’t anything spectacularr. Better taste than Starbucks not quite as sweet as caribou and a little less exspensive. I belive they are handling the lines tte best they can but it’s a pretty big mess getting in there and ordering. There’s no menu to view so be prepared ahead of time because the staff is not helpful with ordering. Now I realize it was cold out but the lady was breathing in her hands to keep them warm then proceeded to put my lid on my coffee running her hands around the lid to ensure it was sealed also was wiping germs where I drink from. After waiting for 35 minutes I just paid and left without saying anything just threw the lid away. I belive this is the test of business. Can you handle volume if it comes down to it. Mediocrely here.

I never been treated so horribly in my life. One of the employees picked the drink up told everybody loud is ever that I always come through the drive-thru and beg for drinks. I never beg for nothing against Saint Cloud. I own a home all the above. I ain't never beg for no drinks that morning. They were supposed to pass out free medium drink coupons from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. did they give me one? No. But when I asked for one the girl treated me like I was a beggar. I would never come back to this seven brews again. I supported you guys from day one. Never again. They need to fire that tall female with the dark brown hair. That's very loud and I'm pretty sure everyone know who she is you lost my business

my recent visit was disappointing. We had the staff to double-check which drink was decaf and which was caffeinated, since that matters for health reasons. They assured us it was correct, but it turned out they were switched — the caffeinated drink was given as decaf and vice versa. Mistakes happen, but this one could really affect someone who’s sensitive to caffeine or has anxiety. It’s important for places like this to be extra careful when customers clarify special requests. Hopefully Brew can improve attention to detail so this doesn’t happen again.
