  Some of my food wasn't hot and they wouldn't make it fresh for me and that came from the manager.

  Nice manager and staff. Food was hot, crispy, tasted good. Place was clean. Ketchup dispenser was actually stocked.

  My partner and I ordered online. We obviously ordered and paid through the app. When we arrived, were told the computer hadn’t synced yet and we’d need to come back a bit later. When we returned 15 minutes later, they’d given our order away… because when the customer was asked, “are you so-and-so?” They said yes, were handed our order. Staff member refused to refund, refused to give the food, and wouldn’t apologize. Pretty shameful.

  I ordered online through my app. Pulled up to the window and was asked to pull up. I waited got my food and checked to see if everything was there. We were good, then brought it home. The food was sloppy, fries were cold, my wife and I cut a burger in half took 1 bite and spit it out. The chicken nuggets made my stomach sick. Will never go back to this location again.

  Exceptional customer service. Every employee we came in contact with went above and beyond. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept. One of the best fast food experiences I've had in a while.
