We obviously ordered and paid through the app. When we arrived, were told the computer hadn’t synced yet and we’d need to come back a bit later. When we returned 15 minutes later, they’d given our order away… because when the customer was asked, “are you so-and-so?” They said yes, were handed our order. Staff member refused to refund, refused to give the food, and wouldn’t apologize. Pretty shameful.

We were good, then brought it home. The food was sloppy, fries were cold, my wife and I cut a burger in half took 1 bite and spit it out. The chicken nuggets made my stomach sick. Will never go back to this location again.
