The poor sandwich lady had a huge line and was doing her very best. That lady cut the entire line and demanded her sandwiches to be made first. This location is known for its great regulars. I'm sorry the employee had to put up with this bad customer. I will definitely return over and over. That lady seems to leave only bad reviews according to her account.
- TLT & CY LNov 16, 20251.0Zero star if I could. Happened yesterday. I ordered online, went to pick up at the time given but my two footlong sandwiches weren't ready. There was one female staff helping 4 customers that were already in line before I got there. The staff told me she had not started any online orders yet which was okay since she was helping people that were there before me. Then a group of people flocked in to order. She just kept helping them that just got in. By this time I waited for about 10 minutes so I asked when would she work on my order, and the response was she had to take care of the customers that were in line first! Are you kidding me? I tried to reason with her but it turned into yelling about how that was the policy or how that was the way things worked. More and more people were coming in at this point, I asked if she could cancel my order and refund me. She said it would take even longer to do that and just ignored me. A nice lady let me get in front of her in line and that staff just made my sandwiches grudgingly and then SLAMMED my sandwiches on the counter after they were bagged!! I grabbed my the bag and she started yelling at me, of course I yelled back. I am no saint. The result was squished and disgusting sandwiches!! It took more than 30 minutes to get an online order with super poor service, staff that yelled at paying customers! Don't go there!!!
