    We placed the order through the machine and we paid, we did not get any paper nor number so we asked. They told us that they did not get the order so we had to place a new order but we were not going to get any refund for the dirt order because on our bank account was showing ā€œpendingā€ they said that this has happened before so I don’t understand why they don’t shout the machine but anyway (that happened yesterday) we ā€œsaid it’s ok we understandā€ and we placed a new order. Today I checked my bank account and (of course) the first order was charged so I drove 18 minutes (again) to tell them and showed them (I don’t understand why I have to show anybody my account) that I was charged for the first order. Then the manager (I assume) handed me a paper and a pen so I can write down my name and phone number for them to make the refund (which I don’t understand why, again) don’t get me wrong, I don’t think the staff is wrong but they must fix this issue ASAP I don’t have to give my information like this and I don’t how long is going to take for me to get my money back. This is so wrong and sorry but won’t come back.
