  Whenever I order delivery , they never put enough meat on it. This time I can barely see or taste the meat.It's absolutely ridiculous , and I will never go here again!!!

  I recommend eating anywhere but here. My husband and I can never get an order where something isn't missing, incorrect, or has hair in it. We come here rarely because of this, but the few times we do because of convenience, we choose order pickup because it's dirty inside. The staff do not make any attempt during in-store pickup to refund missing items that cost extra, or to correct the meal.

  I have not been to a chipotle in a while due to bad service at other locations. My kids really wanted chipotle so we have it another shot tonight….sad to say this location did not renew my faith in the restaurant. The girl taking our order barely spoke above whisper. She also barely answered any of my questions with words. Just random head nods. At one point she just walked away and didn’t come back. The rest of her colleagues stepped in once they realized she just took off. Food was cold. They were out of everything even thought they were supposed to be open for another 4 hrs. This was just a nice reminder why I don’t waste my money at Chipotle. Such a rip off. Horrible customer service and the quality of food just gets worse and worse as the years go on. I’ll go anywhere else from now on. So long Chipotle.

  We walked in at 1400, so a nice time to go as no long lines. However, all of he tables were dirty and not cleared of food spills, dirty napkins, and the workers just talking & not busy. We were going to eat in, but no one seemed to want to make sure the Dino g room was clean. The floors were not swept either. My friend’s first time and she said not going to a Chipotle again as was her first impression & she was disgusted. We ordered a burrito bowl and tacos. Food was fine-we took it to the car to eat. A letdown as other Chipotle’s have been clean. Isn’t there a manager or lead in charge of employees? I guess not. You would think they would want a clean work environment.

  Cold food, they squeezed the life out of the burrito and really crappy service. They were aggressive from the moment we entered the door and the food was ice cold. This is by far the worst Chipotle I visited. It's truly sad to see this.
