- JJJama JrApr 2, 20261.0I’ve had repeated bad experiences at this Chipotle location, mostly with the same employee. Almost every time I go, there’s an issue with my order. Twice, she added lettuce even though I didn’t ask for it. Another time, she added pork to my bowl even though she knew I’m Muslim and don’t eat pork. Yes, the bowl was remade each time, but the way she handled it felt disrespectful. Her attitude came across as mocking, and it made me uncomfortable. After this happening multiple times, it doesn’t feel like a simple mistake anymore. I just want my order made correctly and to be treated with basic respect. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here.

As I stood in line, one of the male employees was absolutely scrubbing some of their equipment clean. The ladies preparing bowls and burritos were focused on the customers, attentive and kind. They also protect your to-go orders here! They don’t leave your food out for anyone to mess with or take on the to-go shelving. Lastly, this location has the most ‘authentic’ and ‘fresh’ tasting Chipotle Mexican cuisine if you ask me. :) 10/10
